How is regenerative compared to 'anti-fragile'?

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Antifragility. Anti-fragile is contrasted to resilience and robustness. Regenerative is further contrasted as (the right amount of) growth at all times, whereas anti-fragile only refers to growth after a shock. Regenerative could be thought of as "proactive growth" or sustainable growth ahead of any possible shocks. Because it is assumed to be growing proactively (i.e. ahead of projected use or possible shock) and as it should have already developed a "regenerative" capability to grow back after any non-fatal shock, it can also be considered a superset of anti-fragile.
